Found a Job

Hello everyone, I am so excited. I found a job that is exactly what I was looking for. It is a small non profit group called Family Care Connections. They are a Christan group that providing therapy 15 minutes from my house. They are great group of therapist. The CEO is a Baptist pastor and is also an LMFT so he and I have the same views on things. I start with my first clients next week. I will continue to work with the Bishops in my stake but felt like I needed to find more clients. .Needless to say this just fell into my lap. It was an answer to prayers on both ends.

Mission Call Arrived Friday!

Scott received his mission call at noon on Friday. We knew it should arrive on Friday so we had everyone ready to use Skyp. In order for everyone to be in on the opening of the letter we needed to wait until 3:00 pm. Boys got right off the bus, John and I were already home,Dad got home from work, Lysa was ready in Idaho, David and Alexa were on camera in Provo. He would not look at the amount of postage. The larger the amount the higher chance of going foreign. John and I looked and knew that at $1.56 he had a great chance of going foreign. Sure enough when he opened it up he was called to the Brazil Teresina Mission and will report to the Brazil MTC ob Jan 13, 2010. He will add Portuguese to his already learning of Mandarin Chinese and Italian. He is so excited as of today he has 101 days until he leaves. And he is counting.
