Surprise! I'm comming early:)
Stasi had an emergency c-section early Friday May7th. Her kidneys began to shut down so we had to get the baby out. He is six weeks early but the only way to help Stasi was to have the baby. So she was rushed into the operating room. I was able to go with her and enjoyed the wonderful experience of seeing Alexander Sergi born. He arrived at 12:03 am weighing 3 pounds 8 ounces and 17 inches long. He decided he was ready to face this world and has needed no help breathing. He is being fed by a feeding tube but he hates it so we are hoping that in next few days he will get the hang of the bottle. Frank and Christine, the adopted parents, arrived Friday evening and we are enjoying spending time with them. Christine will be in town until he is released. They are going to name him Gabriell Alexander. Stasi is healing very nicely and is doing great. Enjoy the pictures!
P.S. For some of the pictures, if you move your mouse over them, then you can see captions about who is in the picture.
